Mural painted at the Vakwerkhuis, a former boiler house which used to give the energy supply for many buildings of the TH Delft. Vakwerk architects redeveloped the building and brought back it's original function: the Vakwerkhuis as a source of energy, the place to work together at home. The painting shows a gigantic octopus (hidden in the old structure of the mural) with its tentacles that translate the diversity of companies and the connection they have together within the Vakwerkhuis. The plants create a certain surreal world in combination with the octopus. The main goal was to blend the painting into the environment and let it connect with it.
